How can I place an order?
Place your desired products in the shopping basket and checkout using the method you are comfortable with.
What payment methods are available?
You can pay with iDEAL, Bancontact, credit card, PayPal, Klarna (post-pay) and other common options.
How do I know if my order was successful?
After completion, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. Didn't receive an e-mail? Check your spam or contact us.
What are the shipping costs?
- Netherlands: €4.50
- Belgium: €8.50
- Germany/France: €13.50
- Free shipping from €100 in NL and BE.
When will my order be dispatched?
Orders placed on weekdays before 16:00 will - if in stock - be dispatched the same day.
Which carrier will deliver my order?
We ship via Transmission, Trunkrs and DHL. With Premium Assembled Delivery, our own mechanics deliver your order personally.

- For damaged or incorrect products, returns are free of charge.
When will I receive my money back?
Within 5 working days after we receive the product in good condition.
