At GreenEggTotal, we do everything we can to make your order as easy and pleasant as possible - from the moment you choose a product to its delivery to your home. On this page you will find all practical information about ordering, payment, shipping and collection.
Ordering
Ordering via our webshop is easy. You place your desired products in the shopping basket and pay in the way you prefer. We support various payment methods such as iDEAL, Bancontact, credit card, PayPal and Klarna (post-payment), but other common options are also available during checkout. After completing your order, you will immediately receive an e-mail confirmation. Didn't receive an e-mail? Check your spam folder. Still nothing? Feel free to contact us, we will be happy to help you.
Shipping
We make sure your order is delivered quickly and neatly. For orders within the Netherlands you pay €6.50 shipping costs, to Belgium €8.50 and to Germany or France €13.50. Do you order for €100 or more in the Netherlands? Then delivery is absolutely free. Orders placed before 16:00 on working days will - if in stock - be shipped the same day.
Parcels and Pallets are delivered via Transmission. If you choose Premium Assembled Delivery, our own mechanics will deliver it to your home personally. So you are always assured of careful and reliable delivery, regardless of the size of your order. You can also collect your order from our showroom in Steenbergen or Loosdrecht. Simply choose 'Pick up' during checkout. As soon as your order is ready, we will contact you to arrange a convenient time.
Order status & Track & Trace
