The Alfa Hybrid Kit Moderno 2/3 Pizze is a clever accessory that allows you to easily convert your Alfa Moderno 2 or 3 Pizze gas-fired pizza oven for wood-fired use. The kit includes a stainless steel cover plate for the gas burner and a heat-resistant wood rack, so you can safely fire wood without damaging the burner. Made of AISI 441 stainless steel, resistant to temperatures above 1000°C, this kit offers maximum flexibility: choose between the authentic taste of wood fire or the convenience of gas, depending on your preference or occasion

Do you opt for personal delivery including installation? Then we will deliver your Big Green Egg ourselves. This is often possible within two working days!
Prior to delivery, we will make a delivery appointment in consultation with you. You can indicate your preference for a part of the day so you don't have to wait at home all day. You will also receive a call in advance if we are on our way. Nice and easy.
We will deliver the EGG fully assembled to your home and, of course, we will place it at your designated spot. Our EGGsperts can answer all your questions and will explain the necessary basic information.
