Like the 8-inch chef's knife, the Santoku is one of the most versatile tools in the kitchen. With this knife you can cut and chop anything: cubes or slices it doesn't matter. From fine fish to fresh vegetables, anything is possible. The Santoku (Japanese version of the cook's knife) is slightly more refined than the European cook's knife.

Do you opt for personal delivery including installation? Then we will deliver your Big Green Egg ourselves. This is often possible within two working days!
Prior to delivery, we will make a delivery appointment in consultation with you. You can indicate your preference for a part of the day so you don't have to wait at home all day. You will also receive a call in advance if we are on our way. Nice and easy.
We will deliver the EGG fully assembled to your home and, of course, we will place it at your designated spot. Our EGGsperts can answer all your questions and will explain the necessary basic information.
