Nice and versatile is an understatement for the Half convEGGtor Stone. Use it together with the 1-piece convEGGtor basket as an intermediate layer when you want to cook in two zones, one direct and one indirect. Or as a full convection shield when two are against each other.
Designed as a 'no-burn zone stone' when placed against each other. Ensures optimal working space. The smaller diameter of the convEGGtor means food can burn along the edges. So this is ideal for large quantities of low-temperature cooking, for example chicken wings. Moreover, when you use one half to cook in two zones, you get access to a full half space where you can cook without worrying about burning. The Half convEGGtor Stone is made of Big Green Egg ceramic.
Note: when using the 5-Piece EGGspander Kit, a Half convEGGtor Stone, due to its size, occupies the middle layer.

Do you opt for personal delivery including installation? Then we will deliver your Big Green Egg ourselves. This is often possible within two working days!
Prior to delivery, we will make a delivery appointment in consultation with you. You can indicate your preference for a part of the day so you don't have to wait at home all day. You will also receive a call in advance if we are on our way. Nice and easy.
We will deliver the EGG fully assembled to your home and, of course, we will place it at your designated spot. Our EGGsperts can answer all your questions and will explain the necessary basic information.
