BonFeu BonBiza Corten

The BonBiza is an outdoor kitchen from BonFeu. It is a kind of large barbecue, but for plancha baking. The BonBiza is one of our newer products and the showpiece of our entire collection. It is also by far the biggest product in the whole BonFeu collection. So the BonBiza is the perfect piece to cook on while enjoying a warm fire.

The BonBiza Rust is made of corten steel. Corten steel is a brown-rusted, weather-resistant steel. Its rust colour and very dense oxide skin shields the deeper material from oxygen, slowing down oxidation. The BonBiza Black is made of steel. Steel has the property, under humid conditions, to rust. So keep in mind that the BonBiza will rust. This process can be rapid. But don't panic, this gives your BonBiza its robust and tough appearance!

Plancha baking on the BonBiza

The BonBiza is especially special because you can not only enjoy a cosy fire, but also prepare delicious meals on it with the plancha.

The plancha has a diameter of 80 cm, is 6 mm thick and is ideally suited as a cooking and baking surface. This large size makes it big enough to cook several things on at once. The heat gradually radiates from the centre of the plancha to the edge of the baking plate, making this single plancha also suitable for all kinds of different applications. But when you don't want to use it, the BonBiza is very easy to clean. Food leftovers and excess oil can be easily pushed into the fire with a spatula. Then you can clean the griddle with a damp cloth and it is ready for the next use.
