The BonFeu BonBiza Island is a complete outdoor kitchen designed for both professional and private use. Made of durable carbon steel, this mobile outdoor unit combines a large worktop, integrated wood or accessory storage, a fire bowl and a 6 mm thick plancha plate. In doing so, it offers retailers and catering professionals a premium, multifunctional product that is perfect for large-scale outdoor cooking set-ups or events.

Efficient layout with worktop and integrated storage

The BonBiza Island has a sturdy frame on wheels with a 135 × 45 cm worktop. This provides enough space for preparing, preparing or serving dishes without the need for additional tables. The unit features two long storage compartments for wood, cookware or accessories, ensuring practical use and overview when cooking intensively.

Professional plancha and grill functionality

With its 6 mm thick plancha plate and integrated grill grid, the BonBiza Island delivers excellent cooking performance. Heat is evenly distributed, allowing you to sear at high temperatures as well as slow cook at lower temperatures. The plancha design preserves juices and flavours, ideal for meat, fish and vegetables at the same time.

Compatible with BonFeu accessories

The BonBiza Island can be expanded with various BonFeu accessories. With the Stand for Plancha 80, you can easily add a pizza oven, skewer ring or grill rack. You can also add a rotisserie set, possibly with motor, grill basket or skewer rack. This way, you expand the possibilities from grilling and plancha cooking to roasting, baking and pizza preparation. For protection, a BonFeu Lid 80 or a Premium Round Medium Cover are available. In addition, the Island fits perfectly with the specially designed BonButcher Block.

The BonBiza Island is made entirely of high-quality carbon steel, making it resistant to long-term outdoor use. The material automatically forms a protective rust layer that prevents corrosion. Thanks to the sturdy wheels and fixed wooden handle, the unit can be easily moved, both for use and presentation.
