Return

We want you to always be happy with your purchase. Should you still wish to return, we will make this process as easy as possible for you. You can return your order within 30 days of receipt, as long as the product is unused, undamaged and in its original packaging.

To register your return, please fill in the return form below. Once we have received your request, your return will be processed and you will receive a return label within 24 hours. Make sure the product is well packed, preferably in the original packaging, to prevent damage during transport. With the return label you can easily return the parcel. The return costs for a parcel are €6.50 and the return costs for a pallet are €95.00, unless the item arrived damaged or you received the wrong product. These return costs will be deducted when the purchase amount is credited.

Once we have received the product in good condition, we will send you a confirmation e-mail. The purchase amount will then be refunded to your account within 5 working days. At GreenEggTotal, we do everything we can to keep you satisfied. Thank you for choosing us!
