Every Big Green Egg chef has their own style. With the original Wood Chips, you give all your dishes a characteristic smoky flavour. Mix the (soaked) wood chips into your charcoal or sprinkle a handful of Wood Chips over the charcoal. Or do both: that's a matter of taste. Just like which kind of Wood Chips you choose: hickory, Oak, pecan, apple or cherry.
Wood Chips appeal to every dish. Hickory does well with red meat, turkey and chicken. Pecan gives a rich, mild flavour to fish and poultry. Apple provides a natural sweetness to fish, seafood and poultry. And cherry is an all-rounder with a mild fruit flavour. One bag of Wood Chips has a capacity of 2.9 litres.

Do you opt for personal delivery including installation? Then we will deliver your Big Green Egg ourselves. This is often possible within two working days!
Prior to delivery, we will make a delivery appointment in consultation with you. You can indicate your preference for a part of the day so you don't have to wait at home all day. You will also receive a call in advance if we are on our way. Nice and easy.
We will deliver the EGG fully assembled to your home and, of course, we will place it at your designated spot. Our EGGsperts can answer all your questions and will explain the necessary basic information.
