The hot plates of OFYR cookers slope down slightly towards the centre. When the hot plates are heated, the middle will sink down even further. As a result, round foods like tomatoes but also very fatty foods can roll or slide towards the middle of the hob and fall into the fire. To avoid this, the OFYR Food Bumper has been developed. The raised steel ring stops the food but still allows you to scrape the plate clean with the spatula and push the scrapings under the ring into the fire.

Do you opt for personal delivery including installation? Then we will deliver your Big Green Egg ourselves. This is often possible within two working days!
Prior to delivery, we will make a delivery appointment in consultation with you. You can indicate your preference for a part of the day so you don't have to wait at home all day. You will also receive a call in advance if we are on our way. Nice and easy.
